JWS45/25超高分子量聚乙烯擠出機（UHMW-PE）

JWS45 / 25 Single-screw Extruder for Ultra High Molecular Weight
Polyethylene (UHMW-PE)
該擠出機采用具有我司專利的螺桿和機筒結構，可用于加工150 萬以上分子量的粉料，克服了因流動性差、易降解導致力學性能下降等問題，使設備擠出過程中塑化性好，生產較穩(wěn)定。另外該擠出機采用高效節(jié)能電機驅動裝置、紅外節(jié)能加熱圈，有效降低了生產能耗。該設備具有結構緊湊，外形美觀，占用空間小，操作方便等優(yōu)點，可用于生產各種小型的板材、型材、棒材制品。
The extruder has our patented design for screw and barrel ,which can be used to process more than 1.5 million molecular of the powder material. By overcoming poor flow ability, Mechanical properties decreasing due to easy degradation, etc, The extruder can have stable output and reliable plasticization during production.
Also the extruder equips high efficient and energy saving driving motor , infrared energy-saving heaters, reducing energy consumption.
The extruder has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small space, easy operation etc, can be used to produce a variety of small plates, profiles, rods products.
